Our spa provides non-invasive body contouring treatments (e.g., cavitation, radiofrequency, laser lipo, etc.). These services are cosmetic in nature, not medical, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

3. Client Eligibility & Responsibilities

You must be 18 years or older (or accompanied by a parent/guardian).

You agree to provide complete and accurate health information before treatment.

You must notify staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or implanted devices (e.g., pacemaker).

You understand that results vary and are not guaranteed.

4. No Medical Advice

Services and information provided by Luminous Spa & Wellness are not medical advice. Consult a licensed physician before starting any treatment.

5. Payment & Refunds

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or service. All sales are final. Cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please reschedule 24 hours before your appointment time if reschedule is required. Packages must be used at any time.

6.Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Your spa experience, time, and treatments are reserved especially for you.

We love our clients and respect our service professionals.

Because our service professionals prepare for you in advance, we will not accommodate cancellation or no shows with a refund or reschedule. All sales are final.

Reschedule Policy:

If you are unable to make your appointment please reschedule 24 hours before your appointment start time. Please use the reschedule link. When the re-schedule time period is closed the reschedule link is deactivated.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept that:

There are inherent risks with body contouring treatments (including redness, swelling, temporary discomfort).

Luminous Spa & Wellness and its staff are not liable for adverse reactions, outcomes, or injuries.

You release and hold harmless Luminous Spa & Wellness, its employees, and contractors from any claims related to services provided.
