Return/Refund Policy

We thank you for patronizing Luminous Spa & Wellness.

We do not share pictures, email, mobile number, personal or private information. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional reasons.

How we resolve problems:

At Luminous Spa & Wellness we love and respect our clients and service professionals. If you have a problem that needs to be addressed outside of our written and posted policies please contact us immediately for a fast and fair resolution.

Spa Services:

Spa Services are non returnable, non refundable & non transferable. No exceptions. If you fail to show up for your appointment for any reason, or you show up more then 15 minutes late you have forfeited your appointment and will not be issued a refund or reschedule. We allow rescheduling 24 hours before your appointment time and you can reschedule as many times as you wish.

What if I begin a "Charge Back" with my bank to get my spa charges refunded?

When you agree to have spa services performed and pay in advance; you are financially obligated to pay for your service even if you do not show up. Our service professionals have prepared and partitioned time exclusively for you. When you book a spa service with Luminous Spa & Wellness, you understand and agree that you will comply with all policies.

Sometimes, (very rarely) we encounter clients that knowingly and willfully attempt to commit fraud by accepting spa services and not paying for them. Please know that we at Luminous Spa & Wellness take "theft of services" very seriously. If we find or suspect this to be true of any of our clients, we will (and do) prosecute violators to the full extent of the law both criminally and civilly. You will also be responsible for any court costs or legal fees associated with fraud based prosecution & recovery.

What if my card is charged incorrectly?

Because the world is not perfect, unexpected charges happen due to computer mistakes etc. Please contact the spa to resolve any payment problems that are outside of our written and posted policies. We take these kinds of problems very seriously and resolve them quickly.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Your spa experience, time, and treatments are reserved especially for you.

We love our clients and respect our service professionals.

Because our service professionals prepare for you in advance, we will not accommodate cancellation or no shows with a refund or reschedule. All sales are final.

Late Policy:

If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to accommodate you. You are required to show up for your appointment on time. We ask that all of our clients come to appointments early to sign in.

Reschedule Policy:

If you are unable to make your appointment please reschedule 24 hours before your appointment start time. Please use the reschedule link emailed to you. When the re-schedule time period is closed the reschedule link is deactivated.

About Friends & Family:

We are looking forward to serving you. For safety & tranquility, we strictly prohibit children and adults that are not receiving services from waiting inside the spa while you are being treated. Please respect the peace of the spa and come to your service alone.
